What happens if an Account User, a Trade Account Owner, or a Proxy Trade Account Owner does not use the ACE portal during a 45-day period?
Any Trade Account Owner and/or user who does not access the portal for up to 45 days will lose access to the portal. Access can only be restored by opening up a Trouble Ticket. To restore access, contact the Technology Support Center at 866-530-4172.
